Manuel Chavez

There is only one candidate running in District 4.  Here is Manuel Chavez's candidate statement:

Mr. Chavez is endorsed by local politicians representing Costa Mesa and other Orange County cities.  He is also endorsed by the Orange County Labor Federation, Orange County Employees Association, Democratic Party of Orange County, Costa Mesa Democratic Club, Orange County Young Democrats and the LA/OC Building & Construction Trades Council.  Mr. Chavez was one of the City Council members who supported putting Measure K on the ballot.  His website is chavez4citycouncil.com.
